Having bought and sold for the last 20 years on Maui, Gerrit brings a wealth of knowledge of the real estate process. His background consists of 20+ years in the construction industry as a builder, with several reputable development companies and as of recent his role as Vice President of his family construction company building multi-million dollar homes on Maui. He has built small and large developments, from condos, luxury custom homes, and fixer uppers.

Married to Yvienne Peterson for 21 years, they both enjoy family time with their 3 adult children, Savannah, Natashya, & Sebastian and now to include their first grandchild. Travel, movies, golf and coaching youth basketball is what Gerrit loves to do when he's not working with clients.
